There are a number of splints that are available for use while sleeping in the night. While the main reason for using these splints is to treat the various problems associated with plantar fasciitis, identifying the right splint support system could indeed be a tough and challenging job. However, I have been using futuro plantar fasciitis sleep support system for quite some time now. I suffer from Achilles tendon and I find this particular gadget reasonably useful but with some problems here and there. The most important thing that is likable about this product is the fact that it is very light when compared to other such products. I find it very easy to wear and it never feels bulky on my leg when I am catching up with some badly needed sleep. The main purpose of any splint is to ensure that the ankle and food are always in a stretched out position to help in rapid healing and also prevent the highly disturbing pains and stiffness that we suffer in the morning. In fact prior to using this splint my mornings used to be quite terrible to say the least. The fact that the test results on use of this splints is so clear and evident that this in itself is a big testimony to the quality of this product. While there is no denying the fact that splints do play a big role in correcting problems associated with plantar fasciitis, there are some problems here and there, particularly the heat it generates inside the feet when I am sleeping. The price is though quite reasonable may still be out of reach for many.
