Everyone wants to lose weight and that’s a fact. You want to lose weight, right? I believe you do or you wouldn’t be reading this article right now. However, you aren’t the only one that wants to lose weight. The last person you just saw might want to lose weight too, but they don’t have what you have right now. Right now you are about to read 10 weight loss tip that will change not only life, but how you look!

Reward Yourself Without Food
I can’t believe how many weight loss gurus advocate rewarding yourself with food. This is nonsense. If you are trying to lose weight, why would you tempt yourself? It doesn’t make sense and that is why I believe you need to learn to reward yourself without food. Reward yourself with a movie, activity, or sex (burns even more calories).

Switch Up
If you no something you are doing is unhealthy then why are you doing it? Stop doing that activity and switch it for another one. A healthier one. . . Activities are things we do. They are who we are and what makes us, us. But they aren’t always healthy and they aren’t always the best thing for our weight. If your non-healthy activity is hurting you then you need to find a healthier one.

Diabetic Diets
Diabetics have to eat very strict diets. Not only is it a serious disease but its a great way to stay thin. I know it isn’t the most appropriate way to speak about the disease, but it does have its own unique rewards. If you don’t feel comfortable with this then don’t do it! However, if you do, just check-out a diabetic recipes book. They have great tips on how to make great-tasting diabetic food that are low in calories and ridiculously healthy.

Stop Monitoring Weight
Using a scale will only create an obsession and obsessions are unhealthy. Instead look for your results visually and let others around you be your scale. If they are complimenting you then you know you are making progress, or you’ve reached your goal. By letting yourself feel comfortable with your weight you might like your weight at a certain point, and it won’t be anywhere near your mental goal.

Note: I seriously don’t recommend a scale. It really does create an unhealthy obsession and you just don’t need that.

Visualize It First
Visualize your food, tasting it, gulping it down. The visualizing process helps you eliminate any over-eating that you might do. Lets say you go out with a few friends. You have made a wise choice and already have implemented the visualizing method. You are ready to eat, but seem a bit full already. That means it is working! Now you just eat what you wasn’t and save the rest. You’ll want to go out and walk in the moonlight while your friends are moaning and groaning, the sound of bodies punishing their operators.

    No tips can help lose weight in a short amount of time. As a personal trainer I can say that it is a gradual process and following these steps are not going to help you a bit. You need to go to a gym and follow your instructor’s advice and exercise regularly.
