Benzodiadepines can relief your anxiety within 30 minutes. You should only use benzodiazepine when other medications prescribed by the doctor don’t work.

Besides taking medications, you can undergo the cognitive behavioral therapy. The cognitive behavioral therapy allows you to take in charge of the anxiety’s physical symptoms. You can challenge yourself to think positively instead of filling your mind with negative thoughts.
